Privacy policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
This policy covers slofire94.com and the websites slofire94 builds and hosts for businesses (“the sites”), including their shared sign-in. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to slofire94@gmail.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us, fill in a contact or inquiry form, or ask for a booking, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Your account, if you create one. Your email address, whether it's verified, your name if you give it, and the details you save on a site's account page. If you set a password, it is stored only by Amazon Cognito, which runs the sign-in pages; we never see it.
- Your access on each site, for example customer, member or owner, and a record of changes to it.
- Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records requests (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Signing in with Google or another provider
If you choose to continue with Google (or another sign-in provider a site offers), the provider shares your name, your email address and whether it has verified that address. We ask for nothing else: no contacts, files, calendar or other account data. If that verified email matches an account you already have, the two are joined into one account.
slofire94's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use it only to sign you in and never for advertising.
How we use it
Only to run the sites: to answer your messages, handle bookings and orders, sign you in, show the details you save, and decide what you can see or change. We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.
Services that handle data for us
The sites rely on a few providers, each under its own privacy policy:
- Amazon Web Services hosts the sites, runs the sign-in (Amazon Cognito), stores account data (Amazon DynamoDB) and sends booking and form emails, in the United States.
- Booking and payments, on sites that offer them: Cal.com, Square, Shopify or Stripe. When you book or pay, you give your details and card to that provider directly; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Visit counts, on sites that turn them on: a cookie-free service such as GoatCounter or Umami counts page views without identifying you.
Cookies
The sites don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The sign-in pages use cookies to remember that you're signed in, and booking or payment pages from the providers above may set their own. A site keeps its sign-in tokens only in your browser's memory, and they're gone when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Messages and booking requests are kept as long as the business needs them to serve you and keep its records. Hosting logs are kept for a limited period.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email slofire94@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also remove a site's access to your Google account at any time in your Google account's security settings.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what each part of the system needs.
Children
The sites aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
